CANCELLATIONS & REPLACEMENTS

If you find you are unable to attend after registering for Momentum Prague, you have 3 options:

1. Transfer your booking to a colleague: one replacement delegate per registration is permitted and must be confirmed in writing to the Conference Office on or before Monday, 3rd November 2008.
   
2. Reduce your attendance days: you may change your registration from a full conference delegate to a day delegate for one or more days at the advertised rates. Changes to your registration must be made in writing to the Conference Office on or before Friday 24th October to qualify for a refund on the balance of your registration fee, less a CZK 3,900+VAT (EUR 150+VAT approx) admin charge. We regret that no refunds can be made on registration changes after Friday 24th October 2008.
   
3. Cancel your registration: you may cancel your registration completely on or before Friday 24th October and receive a refund, less a CZK 3,900+VAT (EUR 150+VAT approx) administrative charge. We regret that no refunds can be made for registration cancellations after Friday, 24th October 2008.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Registration for Momentum Prague is subject to the following payment conditions:

• The Momentum Conference Office must receive payment before we can confirm your place at the conference. Admittance will not be allowed without payment or proof of payment being received in advance. Proof of payment includes: purchase order number, remittance advice, photocopy of cheque and credit card details for security.
  
• If your company/organisation requires an invoice before payment can be made, please mark the appropriate part of the registration form accordingly. Include a purchase order number if this is required for payment. The option to pay by invoice is only available if you register on or before Friday, 10th October 2008. All registrations received without payment after this date will not be confirmed until proof of payment or full payment of your registration fee is received by the Momentum Conference Office.
  
• Once your registration has been processed, an invoice with credit card receipt (if applicable) will be posted to you by the Conference Office with full confirmation of your registration details.
  
• Credit card payments will be processed by 'DMS Euro Conferences', the Momentum Prague registration company. All credit card fee payments are charged in CZK/Czech Koruna at the advertised rates.
