CREDIT CARD

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, Switch/Delta and AMEX. Your card will be charged by 'DMS Euro Conference', the Momentum Prague registration company, whose name will appear on your credit card statement.

When registering online, credit card details will be requested and a paid invoice will be available to download via each delegate's personal registration link, included in the email sent to confirm registration.  An original copy will also be posted as part of the delegate confirmation pack.

BANK TRANSFER

We accept transfers in Czech Koruna (CZK) only, made payable to the ‘Momentum Europe' account, held be our registration company, DMS Euro Conferences. Full Czech bank account details are included in the Payment Information page.

CHEQUE

We accept personal or company cheques in Czech Koruna (CZK) only, made payable to 'Momentum Europe', and posted to the Momentum Conference Office.

CASH

Payment of onsite registration fees can be made in cash at the Registration & Information Desk from Sunday 9th to Thursday 13th November. Payment in Czech Koruna (CZK) only will be accepted.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Registration for Momentum is subject to the following payment conditions:

1. The Momentum Conference Office must receive payment before we can confirm your place at Momentum. Admittance to the conference will not be allowed without payment or proof of payment being received in advance. Proof of payment includes: purchase order number, remittance advice, photocopy of cheque and credit card details for security.
2. If your company/organisation requires an invoice before payment can be made, please mark the appropriate part of the registration form accordingly. Include a purchase order number if this is required for payment. The option to pay by invoice is only available if you register on or before Friday, 10th October 2008. All registrations received without payment after this date will not be confirmed until proof of payment or full payment of your registration fee is received by the Momentum Conference Office.  Credit card details will be required for security if payment has not been received by Monday 10th November and will be requested at the Registration Desk in Prague.
3. Once your registration has been processed, an original paid invoice will be posted to you as part of the delegate coniirmation pack.
4. Credit card payments will be processed by 'DMS Euro Conferences', the Momentum Prague registration company. All credit card fee payments are charged in CZK/Czech Koruna at the advertised rates.
