GENERAL

Conference fees are payable in CZK/Czech Koruna and will be subject to Czech VAT at 19%.  Where fees are given in EUR/Euros, this is for information only as an indication value.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT

Early Bird discounts at a rate of CZK 32,500+VAT per person are applicable for all full conference registrations received up to and including Friday, 5th September 2008.

From Saturday 6th September 2008, standard registration fees apply at CZK 39,000+VAT per person.

GROUP BOOKINGS

If you are registering as part of a group of 3 or more attendees from one organisation, you are eligible for a discounted group rate of CZK 32,500+VAT per person. This discount only applies when 3 or more registrations are received together on the same day, from the same company.

Registration is available online and all group delegates must register separately, ticking the Group category on the registration form in order to qualify for the discount. No group discount is available on day delegate rates or to those registering at the conference in Prague. Groups registering in Prague will be at the onsite rate of CZK 45,500+VAT per person for the whole conference, or at the appropriate day delegate rate for one-day passes.

DAY DELEGATE & ONE-DAY PASSES

If you are only able to attend part of the conference, we are able to offer special day delegate rates for one day passes. Please book in advance using the online registration form and complete the day delegate section in order to qualify, specifying which day(s) you would like to attend. The day delegate rate includes attendance at conference sessions on your chosen day(s), all meals and refreshments, conference materials and participation in the social event for that evening.

ONSITE REGISTRATIONS

The cost of registering on site in Prague for the whole conference is CZK 45,500+VAT per person and entitles you to full participation in the conference. It is also possible to register on site as a day delegate at the same standard rates applicable when registering in advance.

SOCIAL PROGRAM GUESTS

Guest passes for the conference social events can be purchased by completing the online Guest Registration Form, as part of the general registration process.  This can be done at the time of registration, or delegates can return to their record at a later date and add a guest then.  Full credit card payment will be required when registering a guest in order to confirm participation. 

A guest must be at least 18 years old, and is not permitted to attend the conference during the day.
