As a Momentum attendee, you'll have unlimited access to a vast number of conference sessions, keynote addresses, EMC fundamental & tutorial sessions, industry sessions, an exhibition of EMC software partners featuring the world's most successful businesses, a number of valuable on-site resources, access to a multitude of EMC software subject-matter experts, plus:

Complimentary airport transfers to/from Momentum Vienna conference hotels and the Messe Wien Congress Centre on Monday 5^th November and Thursday 8^th November 2012.
Complimentary hotel shuttle service between your Momentum Vienna conference hotel and the Messe Wien Congress Centre from Monday 5^th to Thursday 8^th November 2012.
Lunch and morning/afternoon refreshments each day.
Attendance at all social evening events, including transfers, meals, beverages and entertainment.
Copies of all conference materials, including the conference bag and onsite guide.
Post-event access to all conference presentations published immediately after the event.

Please note that your travel and accommodation expenses are not included in your conference registration fee. You are responsible for booking your own travel and accommodation. If you require any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact the Momentum Conference Office.

All Momentum attendees must register in advance with our dedicated Conference Office in the UK. This includes delegates, speakers, guests, partners, exhibitors and sponsors and EMC staff. Any queries you have relating to either registration, or arrangements for the conference in Vienna, should be directed to the Momentum Conference Office.

Please note you will be asked to produce photo ID on site when you register in Vienna – please ensure you have proof of ID with you or you will not be allowed admittance into the conference.

Special Offers & Rates

General

Conference fees are payable in € Euros and will be subject to Austrian VAT at 20%.

Early Bird

Early Bird discounts at a rate of €1,350 per person are applicable for all full conference registrations, received on or before 16th September, 2012. From 17th September, standard registration rates apply at €1,600 per person.

Group Bookings

If you are registering as part of a group of 3 or more attendees from one organisation, you are eligible for a discounted group rate of €1,350 per person. This discount applies when 3 or more registrations are received together on the same day. Registration is available online and all group delegates must register separately, ticking the Group category of the Main Conference section in order to qualify for the discount. No group discount is available on day delegate rates or to those registering on-site in Vienna. Groups registering in Vienna will be at the standard on-site rate of €1,850 per person for the whole conference, or at the appropriate day-delegate rate for one day passes.

One Day Passes; Day Delegates

If you are only able to attend part of the conference, we are able to offer special day delegate rates for one day passes. Please book in advance using the online registration form and complete the day delegate section in order to qualify, specifying which day(s) you would like to attend. The day delegate rate includes attendance at conference sessions on your chosen day(s), all meals and refreshments, conference materials and participation in the social event for that evening.

On-Site Registrations

The cost of registering on-site in Vienna for the whole conference is €1,850 per person and entitles you to full participation in the conference. It is also possible to register on-site as a day delegate.

Social Program Guest

Guest passes for the conference social events can be purchased by completing and returning the guest participation form. A guest must be at least 18 years old, and is not permitted to attend any of the conference during the day. This form will be available to download in the coming weeks so please keep checking back.

Payment Methods

A downloadable Payment Information page will be available here from 12^th June.

Credit Card

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, Switch/Delta, JCB and AMEX. Your card will be charged by Grass Roots EventCom whose name will appear on your credit card statement.

Bank Transfer

We accept transfers in € Euros or £ Pounds Sterling to the registration company, Grass Roots EventCom. Full Euro and Sterling bank account details are included in the Payment Information page.

Cheque

We accept personal or company cheques in either € Euros or £ Pounds Sterling, made payable to Grass Roots EventCom and posted to the Momentum Conference Office (see address below).

Cash

Payment of onsite registration fees can be made in cash at the Registration & Information Desk from Sunday 4th to Thursday 8^th November 2012. Payment in € Euros or £ Pounds Sterling will be accepted.

Payment Conditions

Registration for Momentum is subject to the following payment conditions:

Grass Roots EventCom must receive payment before we can confirm your place at Momentum. Admittance to the conference will not be allowed without payment or proof of payment being received in advance. Proof of payment includes: purchase order number, remittance advice, photocopy of cheque and credit card details for security.

If your company/organisation requires an invoice before payment can be made, please mark the appropriate part of the registration form accordingly. Include a purchase order number if this is required for payment. The option to pay by invoice is only available if you register on or before Friday 12^th October 2012. All registrations received without payment after this date will not be confirmed until proof of payment or full payment of your registration fee is received by Grass Roots EventCom.

Once your registration has been processed, an invoice with credit card receipt (if applicable) will be posted to you with full confirmation of your registration details.

Credit card payments will be processed by Grass Roots EventCom the Momentum registration company. All credit card fee payments are charged in € Euros at the advertised rates.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations & Replacements

If you find you are unable to attend after registering for Momentum Vienna, you have 3 options:

Transfer your booking to a colleague: one replacement delegate per registration is permitted and must be confirmed in writing to the Momentum Conference Office on or before Monday 29^th October 2012.
Reduce your attendance days: you may change your registration from a full conference delegate to a day delegate for one or more days at the advertised rates. Changes to your registration must be made in writing to the Momentum Conference Office on or before Friday 19^th October to qualify for a refund on the balance of your registration fee, less a €150 administrative charge. We regret that no refunds can be made on registration changes after Friday 19^th October 2012.
Cancel your registration: you may cancel your registration completely on or before Friday 19^th October and receive a refund, less a €150 administrative charge. We regret that no refunds can be made for registration cancellations after Friday 19^th October, 2012.
