General

All registration fees are subject to Spanish VAT at 16%.

Conference fees are published in £ Pounds Sterling, but note that payment can also be made in € Euros for the full/equivalent amount in £ Sterling.  See the payment methods section for full details.

Early Bird

Early Bird discounts at a rate of £750 per person are applicable for all registrations for the main conference, received on or before 1st April 2005.  From 2nd April 2005, standard registration rates apply at £800 per person.

Tutorials

Half-day pre-conference tutorials will be held on Monday 23rd May from 2:00pm to 5:30pm.  These are free of charge for all full-conference registrations received up to and including 1st April 2005.  Thereafter, tutorials will be charged at £125 per person per session.

Fundamentals

Fundamentals will be held on Monday 23rd May from 2:00pm to 3:30pm, and from 4:00pm to 5:30pm.  These are free of charge for all full-conference attendees, subject to availability on a first-come first-served basis.

Group bookings

If you are registering as part of a group of 3 or more attendees from one organisation, you are eligible for a discounted group rate of £750 per person.  This discount applies when 3 or more registrations are received together on the same day.  Registration will be available online from 10th January 2005, and all group delegates must register separately, ticking the Group category of the Main Conference section in order to qualify for the discount.   No group discount is available on day-delegate rates or to those registering on-site in Barcelona.   Groups registering in Barcelona will be charged at the standard on-site rate of £900 per person for the whole conference, or at the appropriate day-delegate rate for one day passes.

One day passes; day delegates

If you are only able to attend part of the conference, we are able to offer special day delegate rates for one day passes.  Please book in advance using the online registration form and complete the day delegate section in order to qualify, specifying which day(s) you would like to attend.   The day delegate rate includes attendance at conference sessions on your chosen day(s), all meals and refreshments, conference materials and participation in the social event for that evening.

On-site registrations

The cost of registering on-site in Barcelona for the whole conference is £900 per person and entitles you to full participation in the conference.  It is also possible to register on-site as a day delegate.

Social program guests

Social program guest passes for the conference social events can be purchased by completing and returning the guest participation form to the Momentum Barcelona Conference Office.  A social guest must be at least 18 years old, and is not permitted in the general or conference sessions, or for daily meals.
