The following international hotel groups have properties in central Monaco: Fairmont, Le Méridien, Marriott, and Tulip Inn. In addition, a wide range of accommodations are provided by smaller hotel chains. Conference registration for Momentum Monaco does not include hotel accommodation, so you must make your reservations directly with your preferred Momentum conference hotel.
Accommodation bookings for the official Momentum conference hotels can be made either by fax or online. To book via fax, download your chosen hotel's official Reservations Form by clicking the "BOOK BY FAX" button in the table below and fax direct to their Reservations Department. Most hotels also have an online booking facility available for Momentum attendees, indicated by the "BOOK ONLINE" buttons below. Online reservations require attendees to enter the Momentum code indicated below to book at the special conference rates. After faxing or submitting a booking form to your chosen hotel, their Reservations Department will send you confirmation directly. Momentum hotels will require credit card details in order to guarantee rooms and your reservation will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy once your form has been received. Full details of the cancellation policies of all Momentum Hotels are given on each official Hotel Reservations Form (view the Faxback Form for your hotel below). All enquiries and queries regarding booking hotel accommodation should be directed to the Momentum Monaco Conference Office on +353 (0)1 663 6556 or via e-mail to register@momentumeurope.com. The Conference Office will also be able to help with alternative hotel suggestions should you choose to stay elsewhere during the conference.
Momentum Conference Hotels and Location Map The
Momentum organisers have secured allocations at highly preferential
rates at the following eight Monaco hotels, chosen for their popularity
with business travellers and convenience in terms of proximity to

NOTE: Hotels with Book Online codes marked Coming Soon will have online reservation forms available commencing 25th June 2007. In the meantime, please use the Book By Fax option.
Alternative Monaco hotels The Momentum organisers have secured small group allocations at the following alternative city centre hotels, chosen for the proximity to the Grimaldi Forum, which is within walking distance of the two hotels featured below. Note: Delegates booking one of the following alternative hotels must make their own travel arrangements to/from the Grimaldi Forum Congress Centre. You must make your own accommodation reservations directly with your preferred Momentum conference hotel as detailed above. You are also responsible for settling your own room charges and extras upon departure. Room reservations can only be guaranteed by providing credit card details for security. Any cancellations or amendments to your reservation must be made in writing and sent directly to your chosen hotel. Cancellation charges may be applied according to the terms and conditions detailed on the official Momentum Reservation Form for the hotel you have booked (view page 2 of the the Faxback Form for your hotel above for full details).
During Momentum Monaco, a complimentary hotel shuttle service will operate between the Grimaldi Forum and the official Momentum conference hotels listed above, from Monday 5th November until Thursday 8th November 2007. Shuttle buses will be available early morning and late afternoon to transfer delegates to and from the Grimaldi Forum, as well as in the evening for transfers to the Gala event and Conference Party.
