With more than 20 hotels in the city centre alone, Prague has a total of over 2,000 guest bedrooms. Over half of these hotels are in the superior 4/5-Star category, although the city does offer a whole range of accommodation, with something to suit all requirements in terms of comfort, style and price.

The following international hotel groups have properties in central Prague: Hilton, Marriott, Radisson SAS and Holiday Inn. In addition, a wide range of accommodation is provided by smaller hotel chains such as Boscolo and Corinthia Hotels.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Conference registration for Momentum Prague now includes an online hotel booking service: simply select a hotel during registration or return to your online booking at a later date (a link will be supplied in your email confirmation) and add a hotel to your details then. Full details of all official Conference Hotels are included below, as well as online within the registration system. To view hotel information before making a booking, please use the 'View Hotel Information'link for each hotel provided below.

All Momentum Conference Hotels will require credit card details in order to guarantee rooms and your reservation will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy once a booking has been made online. Full details of the cancellation policies of all Momentum Hotels are included within the Hotel Information pages below, as well as in the Terms & Conditions section of this page.

If you would like to make a Group hotel booking, reserve a superior room (see Hotel Information links below for all room categories and rates) or wish to extend your stay beyond the dates shown in the online hotel booking system, please contact the Conference Office as detailed below.

* All room rates are based on single occupancy of a standard room, including buffet breakfast, service and all taxes

** All hotels charge guests in Czech Koruna (CZK) on departure and not in Euros (EUR). Any Euro rates quoted above are purely for information only, to indicate the approximate cost of a standard room at each hotel at an estimated exchange rate of Kc 25 : € 1. The final charge that appears on guest's credit card statements will depend on the exchange rate applied by the card company on the date of the hotel payment transaction

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All reservations for the official Conference Hotels need to be made via the Momentum Prague Conference Office, as detailed above. Room reservations can only be made by providing credit card details for security when making a reservation online within the registration system.

Delegates are responsible for settling their own room charges and extras in Czech Koruna (CZK) on departure from the hotel.

Full or part cancellation of hotel bookings is possible online within the registration system and without charge up to and including Friday 10th October 2008 by 17:00hrs (GMT).  From 11th October 2008 onwards, all changes to reservations must be made through the Momentum Prague Conference Office and cancellation fees will apply unless the cancelled room or night(s) released can be resold to another delegate.

HOTEL SHUTTLE SERVICE

During Momentum Prague, a complimentary hotel shuttle service will operate from Monday 10th to Thursday 13th November between the Congress Centre and all Momentum Conference Hotels listed above that are not within walking distance.

Shuttle buses will be available early morning and late afternoon to transfer delegates to and from Prague Congress Centre, as well as the evening social event venues. A full schedule of shuttle bus times and pick up points will be available here in October 2008.

For those who choose to stay at alternative hotels in Prague no transfers will be provided and delegates will be required to arrange and pay for their own transportation throughout the event.
