Booking information
All
accommodation bookings for the Momentum Conference Hotels must
be made using the official Hotel Reservations Form and faxed direct
to your chosen hotel's Reservations Department. To download
a copy of the Reservations Form for your preferred hotel, click
the 'Book Now' button in the hotel section below.
After
sending your Hotel Reservations Form to your chosen hotel, their
Reservations Department will send you confirmation of your booking
directly. Momentum hotels will require credit card details in
order to guarantee rooms and your reservation will be subject
to the hotel's cancellation policy once your form has been received.
Full details of the cancellation policies of all Momentum
Hotels are given on the official Hotel Reservations Form.
All
enquiries regarding the official Conference Hotels should be directed

During Momentum
Lisbon, a complimentary hotel shuttle service will operate
between Lisbon Congress Centre and all Momentum Conference
Hotels from Monday 10th May until Thursday 13th May 2004.
Shuttle buses will be available early morning and late afternoon
to transfer delegates to and from the Congress Centre. |
