The following international hotel groups have properties in central Barcelona: Best Western, Hilton, Le Meridien and Ritz Carlton. In addition, a wide range of accommodation is provided by Spanish and Catalan hotel chains, including: AC, Barceló, Expo, H10, HCC, Hesperia, Husa, Meliá, NH and Rafael.

Conference registration for Momentum Barcelona 05 does not include hotel accommodation, so you must make your reservations directly with your preferred Momentum Conference Hotel.

 

All accommodation bookings for the Momentum Conference Hotels must be made using the official Hotel Reservations Form and faxed direct to your chosen hotel's Reservations Department.  To download a copy of the Reservations Form for your preferred hotel, click the 'Book Now' button in the hotel section below. 

After sending your Hotel Reservations Form to your chosen hotel, their Reservations Department will send you confirmation of your booking directly. Momentum hotels will require credit card details in order to guarantee rooms and your reservation will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy once your form has been received.   Full details of the cancellation policies of all Momentum Hotels are given on the official Hotel Reservations Form.

You must make your own accommodation reservations directly with your preferred Momentum Conference Hotel as detailed above. You are also responsible for settling your own room charges and extras upon departure. Room reservations can only be guaranteed by providing credit card details for security. Any cancellations or amendments to your reservation must be made in writing and sent directly to your chosen hotel. Cancellation charges may be applied according to the terms and conditions detailed on the official Momentum Reservation Form for the hotel you have booked.

 

During Momentum Barcelona, a complimentary hotel shuttle service will operate between the CCIB Convention Centre and the Barceló Atenea Mar and Vincci Marítimo Conference Hotels from Monday 23rd May until Thursday 26th May 2005. No shuttles will be provided for the Princess and AC Barcelona Hotels as they are both adjacent to CCIB Convention Centre, just 2 minutes away on foot.

Shuttle buses will be available early morning and late afternoon to transfer delegates to and from the CCIB Convention Centre.
