Call
for topics is now closed. If you have submitted
a topic for consideration, you will be informed if it has been selected or not by the end of June.
The
full conference agenda will be published during July.
FAQs
By submitting a topic, am I guaranteed a speaking slot and free pass ?
No. After the closing date of Friday 30th May, 2008, EMC will select the most appropriate submissions for the conference agenda.
When
will I find out if my submission has been accepted?
Everyone who has submitted a topic will be notified by the end of June if their topic has been accepted or not. Please do not register
yourself as a speaker until you know if you are confirmed as a speaker at Momentum.
I have a few different ideas for Momentum presentations.
Can I submit more than one topic?
Yes, multiple submissions will be accepted using a separate on-line form for each.
Our
presentation will involve a co-presenter. Is this allowed?
Yes, but note that co-presenters do not receive
complimentary attendance. Each co-presenter must individually
register for the conference and pay the applicable fee,
should the topic be accepted.
Do
you have example abstracts and topics from previous
Momentums?

What
happens if my submission is rejected?
We would hope that you would still want to attend
Momentum as a delegate.
After
my submission has been selected, what should I do?
You will be given a password to the speaker section
of this web site, which includes everything you will
need to know about speaking at Momentum Prague, including
the downloadable PowerPoint presentation template.
If
I am accepted as a Momentum speaker, will my expenses
be covered?
Your conference fee will be waived, however the
cost of travel, hotel accommodation and other expenses
are the responsibility of each speaker.
Can
I submit late topics, after the closing date of 30th
May?
No. We will publish the final conference agenda
as soon as possible after the call for topics closing
date.
When
will I know what date, track and time my presentation
will be?
During July 2008.
