Where can I find an agenda and a schedule of conference sessions?
For a snapshot of conference activities, visit the Momentum Conference at a Glance page. Breakout sessions at a glance is useful to see all breakout sessions on one sheet, or go to breakout sessions for full speaker and abstract information by topic by track.

What types of sessions can I expect at Momentum Lisbon?
A wide selection of breakouts will be offered at the conference, ranging from executive sessions for CIOs and line-of-business managers to extremely technical presentations for developers and advanced Documentum users. Five targeted tracks will be featured on this year's schedule, as well as Partner Pavilion presentations in the exhibition hall. Will tutorials be offered this year? If so, when are they, and what is the cost?
Momentum Lisbon Tutorials will be held on Monday 10th May from 10:00 am - 5:30 pm. These are free of charge to everyone who registers to attend within the Earlybird period, by 26th March 2004. Thereafter they will cost £250 each for full-day tutorials, or £125 each for half-day tutorials.

What are Documentum Fundamentals?
Running on Monday 10th May, Documentum Fundamentals are free 1-½ hour introductory sessions offering attendees a baseline understanding of key business application areas. New users are encouraged to attend these sessions to attain a basic understanding of the possibilities that the Documentum platform affords.

Who should attend Momentum Lisbon?
Momentum Lisbon is open to all Documentum customers, partners, and other members of the Documentum community. A wide variety of individuals will benefit from attending Momentum - including application developers, consultants, project managers, executives, e-business directors, Web developers, engineers, IT professionals, system administrators, line-of-business managers, and end users. And because Momentum offers such a comprehensive schedule, it is highly recommended that companies send multiple representatives to take full advantage of all the conference has to offer.  See the delegates section of this website for conference overview, who comes to Momentum, and why attend information.

What is the registration cost for attending Momentum Lisbon? Are any special discounts available?
Yes, there are Early Bird discounts up to 26th March 2004, and group discounts for 3 or more attendees from the same company:

Attendees may register onsite for a fee of £800/person + Portuguese VAT at 19%

Can I bring a guest to the special events?
Yes, guest passes for the social events can be purchased by completing and returning the Guest Participation Form to the Momentum Lisbon Conference Office.  Note that only spouses or partners of attending delegates can come as a guest, and they will not be admitted to the conference itself:

Are special hotel rates available for Momentum attendees?
Special discounts are available at the Momentum Lisbon Conference Hotels. For details on rates and how to make reservations, visit the Accommodation page in the Destination section of this web site.

How do I make my hotel reservation for the conference?
You will need to complete and return the official Momentum Hotel Reservations Form for your preferred hotel.  All accommodation bookings for the Momentum Conference Hotels must be made using the official Hotel Reservations Form and faxed direct to your chosen hotel's Reservations Department. 

What's availability of hotel accommodation like in Lisbon in May?
Normally fine, but because the European Football Champtionships start in Lisbon in June, we strongly advise that you book your accommodation early.

Where are the hotels in relation to the Congress Centre?

The Vila Galé Ópera Hotel and the Pestana Palace Hotel are within walking distance of the Congress Centre. The Lisbon Marriott and the Hotel Fénix are approximately 10-15 minutes away by road, and hotel shuttles will be provided every day. What should I wear during the conference?
Because Momentum Lisbon is set in a relaxed atmosphere and environment, the dress code is smart or business casual. Gentlemen do not need to wear business suits unless they want to. The social events on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings are, again, smart casual.

What should I do if I require special assistance or have special dietary needs?
The conference registration process includes a section for special needs and requests. If you require special assistance or have particular dietary needs, be sure to fully complete this section. For any further special assistance, please contact The Conference Office.
