This
year Documentum will be presenting "Momentum Europe 2004
Customer Awards" to its customers as recognition for demonstrating
successful implementations of their Documentum investments. These
awards are designed to honour Documentum customers who have innovatively
deployed Documentum technology in their organisations.
All Momentum Lisbon presentations based
on a Documentum customer case study submitted via Call
for Topics will automatically be assigned and submitted for
consideration in one or more of the following categories:
Successful implementations of Documentum eRoom
or Documentum eRoom Enterprise - where it may have assisted in:
generating ideas and solving problems faster and more effectively,
developing higher-quality, lower-cost products and services with
faster delivery cycles, gaining visibility into the status of
critical projects and business processes, building more productive
and predictable supply and demand chain relationships or attaining
better knowledge-sharing and easier reuse of best practices.
Effective deployment of Documentum’s Digital
Asset Management (DAM) solution - gaining the ability to move
content efficiently along the digital supply chain, throughout
the entire production and distribution process. Companies that
have addressed their challenging digital media asset issues, enabling
them to fully leverage the value of their digital assets, including
HTML and XML, graphics, multimedia, and other types of rich media
and to exert the same control over them as over more traditional
content. An implementation delivering business value and return
on investment through the innovative methods of organising, distributing,
and tracking digital media across multiple channels offered by
the solution.
Implementations of Documentum’s Electronic Document
Management (EDM) solution - Where content silos and cumbersome
paper-intensive business processes have prevented companies from
achieving greater efficiency in the creation, management, and
delivery of critical business documents. Ranging from engineering
drawings and marketing collateral to invoices, contracts, SOPs,
and insurance claims – any business content that needs to move
effectively among the right individuals at the right time. Including
compliance requirements, content enablement of enterprise applications
and enterprise publishing across multiple channels.
Successfully deploying the Documentum
Web Content Management (WCM) solution - Leveraging corporate content
to produce dynamic, multilingual Web sites and portals – sites
that sell, service, and inform. Empowering users within and beyond
the firewall, allowing them to reuse, assemble, and publish content
on the fly. Publishing content to any number of Web sites, portals,
and wireless devices, gaining maximum value from the investment
you’ve made in your organisation’s content.
Some of the most successful organisations in
the world have entrusted Documentum to help manage their business-critical
content -- from creation to delivery. With Documentum, they're
empowering all users across and beyond the enterprise to contribute
content, and they're deploying that content to e-business Web
sites and intranet sites, corporate portals, and devices such
as cellular phones and PDAs. This award is for an organisation
that has multiple Documentum solutions listed above or has understood
the benefits of standardisation and optimisation of content infrastructure.
They may be aiming to lower TCO, reduce complexity and consolidate
the management of unstructured content types on a single platform
managed through a single vendor relationship. An enterprise that
aspires to maximise Documentum enterprise content management (ECM)
solutions to collaboratively create, manage, deliver and archive
the content that drives business operations, from documents and
discussions, to email, web pages, records and rich media — using
one common content platform and repository.
